What's on my agenda today? you ask...
Funny you should ask really, found some filthy old plastic adirondack chairs sitting by the dumpster yesterday and decided to repossess them, scrub them clean and give them a fresh coat of paint. My only concern is they were kind of arranged in a sitting area....next to the dumpster. I thought they were trash but my roommate thinks they are supposed to be there, next to this little fountain that isn't hooked up to any water....by the dumpster. They are absolutely disgusting and nobody ever sits in them, but I feel really guilty now. I don't want to steal stuff that isn't mine, but I also really like them and once they are cleaned and freshly painted, I think they will be lovely. I'm very torn between putting them back so I don't feel like a terrible person who is going to be thrown in adirondack chair jail or keeping them because I am the only person who cared about them enough to take care of them and keep them looking nice. Guess we will see when the complex comes knocking, maybe I will just say I'm sorry, thought they were trashed, cleaned and repainted them, how much do you want for them?
Too, too funny! Take 'em back and set a pitcher of lemonade nearby. It can be your random act of kindness for the day!
